Recent Projects
Super General Contractors managed and completed the entire construction project for building the Holiday Inn & Suites hotel and Pacini Italian Restaurant. Super General Contractors spearheaded the hotel and restaurant construction by hiring, negotiating and managing engineers, suppliers, sub-trades such as surveyors, excavators, trucks, cribbers, concrete suppliers, electricians, steel manufacturers, plumbers, HVAC, interior and exterior finishers etc. We worked diligently to pass all inspections such as Development, Plumbing & Gas, Mechanical, Fire Prevention, Health, Electrical and Building in order to successfully receive the “Occupancy Certificate.”
